Height Adjustability

The Hoosier Hoops Jam series of basketball hoops including the Pro Jam, Collegiate Jam, Varsity Jam, and the Jr. Varsity Jam will adjust down to 6.5 feet. The Hoops Pro Dunk line will adjust down to 5'. Younger players will enjoy the flexible height adjustment and grow into the system as they get older.

The Jam series basketball hoops only offers acrylic backboards on their systems. Hoops offers tempered glass in all sizes for the Pro Dunk basketball goals. The glass is more durable and plays better than the softer plastic acrylic material. Gyms, the NCAA and the NBA all use the more professional tempered glass because it is 4 times as heavy and will stay crystal clear for the life of the system. If you want the best playing experience, you should pick tempered glass as well. Acrylic boards ten to get cloudy over time because of scratching and general wear.

Hoops put player safety at the top of their priority list. We provide a complete padding set with the purchase of every Pro Dunk basketball goal. This includes backboard, pole and gusset padding. The Hoosier Hoops basketball system does not come with padding. With adjustable systems, it is very important that you have backboard padding since more than likely players will be dunking. The gusset padding protects players from rolling their ankle on the gussets and falling onto the pier bolts. The pole padding protects players from hurting them selves when driving in hard for a lay-up.
